1. Can I join the summer program if my English is very basic?
Yes! The program is designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced. You will take a placement test on the first day to ensure you're in the right class.
2. Will I get a certificate after completing the program?
Yes! You will receive an official certificate showing your participation and progress, which can be useful for school records or future studies.
3. How many students are in each class?
Our classes are small (8-18 students) to give you more attention from the teacher and provide a better learning experience.
4. What is included in the summer package?
The summer package covers your English classes, accommodation, scheduled trips, learning materials ,airport pickup and 2 meals for 5 days a week
5. What kind of students join the summer program?
Students come from 57 countries, so you will meet and make friends from around the world while improving your English!
6. What kind of trips will we go on?
You will explore the best places in Malaysia, including:

You can skip an activity if you're not comfortable. Our staff will arrange an alternative for you.
9. Will we have free time to explore on our own?
Yes! You may arrange some trips with your friends during your free time.
10. Where will I stay during the program?
You will stay in a student residence with full supervision and all necessary facilities.
11. Can I choose my roommate?
Usually, no! But if you're coming with a friend or sibling, you can request to stay together. Otherwise, you will stay in a single room.
12. Will my room have WiFi?
Yes! WiFi is available in all accommodations.
13. Can I bring snacks from home?
Yes! You can bring your favorite snacks, and there are also many international supermarkets where you can buy familiar foods.
14. How do I register for the Summer Program?
Registration is simple! Just:

✅ Pay the registration fee to confirm your spot
15. Do I need a visa to join the program?
For most countries, you don’t need to apply for a visa in advance. You will receive a 3-month tourist visa on arrival at the airport.
16. What documents do I need at the airport?
• Valid passport (with at least 6 months of validity)
• Flight ticket (return ticket recommended)
• Accommodation confirmation letter (we provide this after registration)
17. Can I extend my stay after the summer program?
Yes! If you want to continue studying English, we can help you extend your stay for up to 60 days with extra charges.
